The Sedona Conference Institute, the leading voice in discovery matters for over a decade, hosted its eDiscovery program conference, “Staying Ahead of the eDiscovery Curve: Retooling Your Practice Under the New Federal Rules” in San Diego this week.

Mere months after the most significant changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) in generations, the focus of many conference panels is how to best apply the amended rules within litigation with a heavy focus on recent and emerging case study.
